    A purpose-built plant box with root-ball protection and stem support — insulated in winter, ventilated in summer.

    You get a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it to the door.

    Unbox straight away, stand the plant in good indirect light and water only if the compost feels dry.

Live plants travel a long way. On the rare occasion one arrives damaged, diseased or in poor condition, we replace it or refund the cost.

Delivery questions, answered

How long does plant delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days of dispatch, to Ireland and every EU destination we serve. These are expected times, not guarantees — peak weeks (December, Mother's Day, Easter) can add a day or two, and we will contact you if anything significant changes.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to Ireland and 24 more EU countries, with no minimum spend. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. The UK, Switzerland and Norway are not currently on our delivery list.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or email info@plantgift.ie and we will resend it.
What happens if nobody is home?
Couriers will usually leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. If that is not an option, they will usually try again the next working day or leave a card with collection instructions. You can add a safe place or delivery note at checkout.
Will my plants survive the journey?
Every plant is packed in a purpose-built box with root-ball protection and stem support, adjusted for the season — insulation in winter, ventilation in summer. If a plant still arrives damaged or in poor condition, our healthy-arrival guarantee means we replace it or refund the cost.
Can I send a plant as a gift to someone else?
Yes — simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. A handwritten gift message is available on selected gift plants; you will see the option on the product page.
