Growing 10-25cm tall with a spread of 30-45cm, Biokovo forms a dense mat of semi-evergreen foliage that naturally suppresses weeds.
Key Features
White flowers with pale pink centers and deep pink stamens create a blushing effect from late spring through early summer. The aromatic, deeply-lobed foliage remains attractive throughout the growing season, transforming into vibrant scarlet and orange hues in autumn. This sterile hybrid spreads gently through underground stems without reseeding, making it easy to control.
Planting & Care
Thrives in full sun to partial shade and tolerates various soil types, including clay and sandy conditions. Once established, this drought-tolerant perennial requires minimal maintenance. The fragrant foliage naturally deters deer and rabbits. Ideal for rock gardens, cottage gardens, borders, and mass plantings.
