Free Shipping, Always
All orders ship free — across Ireland and to 25 EU countries, with no minimum spend. There are no hidden fees at checkout; the price you see on the product page is what you pay.
Delivery Timelines
- Ireland: 1–5 working days from dispatch
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg: 2–5 working days
- Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden: 3–7 working days
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia: 5–10 working days
These are typical ranges. Occasional delays can occur during peak seasons (December holidays, Mother's Day, Easter) or due to courier logistics — we will contact you if anything significant changes.
Safe Plant Transit
Every plant is packed in a purpose-built box with root-ball protection, stem support, and seasonal climate adjustments (insulation in winter, ventilation in summer). Our packaging has carried thousands of plants across Europe — and when something occasionally goes wrong in transit, our healthy-arrival guarantee has you covered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your plant from our nursery to your door. If you can't find the email, check spam or email us at info@plantgift.ie and we'll resend.
Delivery Instructions
If you need to leave specific delivery instructions (safe place, neighbour, business address, delivery window) please add them at checkout or email us after placing the order. For large plants and pallet deliveries, someone should ideally be available to receive the order.
Not Home on Delivery Day?
Our couriers will usually attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. If no one is available and no safe spot exists, the courier will usually re-attempt the next working day or leave a card with collection instructions.
Larger Orders & Trade Delivery
Bulk landscaping orders (50+ plants) and trade accounts can be arranged on palletised delivery with a scheduled date to suit your site. Please email info@plantgift.ie with your project details and preferred delivery window — we will confirm within one working day.
Something Off With Delivery?
If a parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives in poor condition, please email info@plantgift.ie as soon as possible. We will endeavour to assist you quickly and find a fair resolution — customer satisfaction is genuinely our priority.
