Consumer Rights — Perishable Goods

These terms, our Terms of Service, and any dispute relating to purchases from plantgift.ie or plantgift.eu are governed by Irish law. For EU consumers, nothing in this notice overrides mandatory consumer protection rights afforded by the law of the consumer's country of residence.
