Growing Specifications

Space plants 12 inches apart for optimal coverage - 48 plants will effectively cover approximately 48 square feet. Vinca minor 'La Grave' adapts to most soil types but performs best in well-drained soil. Hardy in zones 4-9, this perennial ground cover reaches a mature height of 6-8 inches with glossy, deep green leaves that stay vibrant through all seasons.

Ideal Uses

Perfect for erosion control on slopes and hillsides, filling spaces under trees where grass struggles to grow, creating borders along pathways and driveways, rock gardens and woodland landscapes, or as an alternative to traditional lawn areas. The dense mat formation prevents weed growth while the trailing stems root as they spread, creating natural, self-sustaining coverage.
