Donegal Seaweed is an Irish family business rooted in the Atlantic coastal tradition of Dungloe, Co. Donegal. For generations, local harvesters have cut Ascophyllum Nodosum — brown seaweed — from the rocky shores of Donegal Bay using time-honoured methods that protect marine ecosystems and ensure sustainable stock management.
