Clematis Multi Blue - Premium Double Flowering Climbing Plant
The 'Clematis Multi Blue' belongs to the large-flowered clematis varieties and produces stunning double violet-blue blooms twice per growing season. This vigorous climbing plant creates exceptional garden displays with its first flowering period from May to June, followed by a second bloom cycle between July and September.
Growing Characteristics
This clematis variety features a compact, well-structured growth habit making it suitable for both large and small garden spaces. The plant reaches 65cm in height with a 15cm pot diameter, providing excellent establishment potential.
Care Instructions
For optimal double flowering performance, prune the 'Clematis Multi Blue' after the first bloom cycle completes. This pruning encourages the second flowering period and maintains the plant's compact form throughout the growing season.
Garden Applications
Ideal for trellises, garden walls, pergolas, and container growing. The double-flowering characteristic and extended bloom periods make this clematis an exceptional choice for continuous garden color from late spring through early autumn.
