The Polyscias Fruticosa is also known as Aralia. The houseplant is native to Africa and Asia. It is also common in the Pacific region. It is not a shade plant. In nature, this plant can grow into a large tree.
Aralia should preferably not be placed in a spot with a lot of direct sunlight. A spot in semi-shade is best for this houseplant.
The potting soil should be slightly moist all the time. Too wet roots are not good for the Aralie. Therefore, it is better to water small amounts at a time.
