This mixed pack of astilbes combines red, pink and white shades for a colourful display in shade. The source names the varieties Astilbe 'Fanal', 'Deutschland' and 'Europa'. The pack of 24 plants comes in 11cm pots.
- Flowers: feathery plumes in red, pink and white, in summer
- Foliage: finely cut, deep green leaves
- Supplied as: 24 mixed plants, 15-25cm tall, in 11cm pots
- Light: partial shade to shade
- Use: shady borders, woodland planting and pond edges
Astilbes like soil that stays moist, so add plenty of compost or leaf mould at planting and water in dry spells, especially in the first year. Leave the faded plumes on over winter for interest and cut them back in early spring.
Supplied as young plants in growing pots, shipped directly from our partner growers. Plants are living products, so size and shape can vary slightly from the photo.
