Nepeta x faassenii is a reliable, free-flowering catmint with aromatic grey-green leaves and spikes of lavender-blue flowers. It is a classic border edging plant and a favourite with bees.
- Lavender-blue to purple flower spikes through summer
- Aromatic grey-green foliage
- Pack of 24 young plants in 11cm pots, 15-25cm tall as supplied
- Prefers full sun and free-draining soil
- Attractive to bees and butterflies
- Good for edging, borders, paths and pots
Plant in a sunny spot with free-draining soil, spacing plants roughly 30-40cm apart. Trimming the stems back by about half after the first flush of flowers encourages fresh growth and a second round of blooms. It pairs well with roses, salvias and grasses.
Supplied as young plants in growing pots, shipped directly from our partner growers. Plants are living products, so size and shape can vary slightly from the photo.
