These are living dwarf spruce (Picea glauca) in small pots, the size of a table decoration rather than a full tree. They suit a windowsill, a mantelpiece or a place setting, and they can be planted outdoors afterwards.
- Six dwarf spruce in 6cm pots
- About 15-20cm tall as supplied
- Neat conical shape that takes tiny lights and small ornaments
- Six small trees for place settings, a Christmas village or small gifts
- Bright position, cool and away from radiators
- Plant on or plant out after Christmas
Small pots dry out quickly, so check the compost every few days and water when the surface feels dry, without letting the pot stand in water. Keep them indoors only for the festive fortnight or so, in the coolest bright spot you have, then move them outdoors to a sheltered place. In spring, pot them on into a larger container or plant them out; they are very slow-growing conifers.
Supplied as living plants in growing pots, shipped directly from our partner growers. Plants are living products, so size and shape can vary slightly from the photo.
